We’ve been informed by our supplier that a shipment of Cotton Rag stock for some sizes of our Flush Mount Albums has been delayed on its way from the UK. Instead of arriving in the week of 13 November it is now due mid December.
We’re sorry to advise this will affect the production time for most orders for 10” and 12” Flush Mount Albums ordered after 10 Nov..
This delay does not affect Regular or Small sized Flush Mount Albums, or our Fine Art Photo Books.
Our team is calling those affected but should you need to discuss your order in advance, please call on 1300 650 127 (AU) or 0800 744 755 (NZ).
We'll be extending our production hours in the lead up to Christmas to ensure your albums are produced as soon as possible and we'll provide updates, including an estimated delivery date for the final albums, as news comes to hand.
We sincerely apologise to you and your clients for the delay.
