Production Time
Before Christmas deadlines
- View Standard Production Times here and be aware that Delivery Time is in addition to Production Time.
- *During our busy period prior to Christmas, Flush Mount Albums may take up to 21 days to produce.
After Christmas deadlines
- Orders placed after the deadlines will not be ready for Christmas and might not be delivered until the new year.
- Flush Mount Albums, Majestic books, Inkjet-printed + Premium books ordered after the deadlines and in to early 2019 may take 56 days to produce.
- Priority Orders are not available after 11 Dec and will resume early 2019.
Delivery Time
- Be aware that Delivery Time is additional to Production Time.
- No orders will be dispatched between 21 Dec 2018 and 2 Jan 2019 as we are closed. If you are concerned about your order please contact our Customer Service team to assist.
- All orders placed before the deadlines will be sent out by 13 December.
- Our deadlines allow for orders to reach you by Christmas but we can't guarantee New Zealand post delivery times.
