How do I register for the 15% off discount offer?
1. Club Coordinator must register the club first
2. After the Club is approved and announced by the Club Coordinator, members need to register with Momento Pro.
When registering as an individual, select these options:

• Select Camera Club Member
• Select your Club from the Organisation menu

3. Allow 7 days for us to verify your details with your Coordinator and approve your registration. We'll then send a Welcome email confirming your membership.

4. The 15% discount on all orders will be automatically applied at Checkout.

How do I claim the 15% off discount offer?
Assuming you are already registered and approved with Momento Pro, the 15% discount will be automatically applied at Checkout.

What products can be purchased with the 15% off discount offer?
All products from the Momento Pro range only excluding Volume or Custom orders, Swatch Boxes and Custom Emboss Stamps, and purchases at Momento Shop, Momento AU or Momento NZ.

Can I use the 15% off discount offer multiple times?

Can I use a Club Prize Gift Voucher with any other offer?

How do I design my book?
Momento Pro’s free software or the Momento Pro Indesign plugin. Other software options are also available to download on our Design Tools page. ICC soft-proof profiles are also available for each paper stock.

How do I order a book?
Upload the Master File (MBF) to your Momento Pro account online. 
Choose your quantity, paper, cover material and options when placing your order.

How much does a photobook cost?
Prices available here.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Standard books take 14 days to produce.  Premium books take 21 days to produce.
Allow extra time for delivery.
